INSTALMENTS PLAN
Bachelor's degree students
1) in the winter semester:
a) the first instalment - within 14 days of taking the oath,
b) second instalment - by 15 December,
c) the third instalment - by 15 January;
2) in the summer semester:
a) the first instalment - by 28 February,
b) second instalment - by 31 March,
c) the third instalment - by 30 April.
Master's degree students
1) in the winter semester:
a) the first instalment - by 30 September,
b) second instalment - by 31 October,
c) third instalment - by 30 November;
2) in the summer semester:
a) the first instalment - by 28 February,
b) second instalment - by 31 March,
c) the third instalment - by 30 April.
In case of applying for the visa, it’s highly recommended to pay for one semester (3 instalments) at least.

TUITION FEE REFUND
The tuition fee paid may be refunded in full, at the foreigner's request submitted to the pro-rector responsible for student affairs, in the case of:
1) failure to obtain a visa;
2) resignation from studies before their commencement;
3) failure to commence studies in a given field of study.
