The travel allowance depends on the distance between the place of departure (by default: Gdańsk) and the location of the host university. The university uses a distance calculator available below:
https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/resources-and-tools/distance-calculator
If the place of departure is not the University of Gdańsk (Gdańsk), the applicant must report this fact to the ERASMUS+ Service Section before signing the agreement.
* Additional financial support for travel is awarded in case the participant travels by sustainable means of transport. A written declaration stating the chosen type of transport and a confirmation that more than 51% of the trip will be carried out by sustainable means is required before signing the agreement. Proof of travel must be presented upon return from mobility. Lack thereof may result in withdrawal of the extra funds.
