Deadlines for submitting applications

The University Accommodation Committee accepts applications for accommodation in the halls of residence University of Gdańsk for the summer semester 2025/2026 continuously, based on the availability of free places. Applications can be submitted from 23 February to 10 May via the eUczelnia system.

SUMMER HOLIDAY PERIOD – applications for accommodation in the University of Gdańsk halls of residence during the summer holiday period can be submitted via the eUczelnia between 11 May and 8 June this year. 
Applications will be processed by 15 June this year.
