Deadlines for submitting applications

Applications for accommodation in University of Gdansk student residences during the summer, will be accepted through the eUniversity system from May 15 to June 10 this year. 

Deadlines for application and allocation of places in UG student hall of residences for the 2025/2026 academic year

Deadline I: for undergraduate and graduate students (except the first year)

               Deadline for submission of applications: from 7.07-18.07.2025.

               Application processing deadline: until 28.07.2025.

Deadline II: for first-year students for whom recruitment ended in July and August

               Deadline for submission of applications from 25.07-8.08.2025.

               Deadline for processing applications until 18.08.2025.

Deadline III: for students who were not allocated a place in the first and second deadlines

               Deadline for submission of applications from 25.08-1.09.2025.

               Deadline for processing applications until 5.09.2025.

Deadline IV: for first-year second-year students for whom recruitment ended in September

               Deadline for submission of applications from 12.09-25.09.2025.

               Deadline for processing applications until 29.09.2025.

Deadline V: for students who did not submit an application in due time, students accepted from additional recruitment and students who received
                      refusal of place allocation

               Deadline for submission of applications from 1.10-5.10.2025.

               Deadline for processing applications until 10.10.2025.
