Deadlines for submitting applications

APPLICATION DEADLINES FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026/2027

Deadline I: for first and second cycle students and students on single-cycle Masters programmes (excluding first-year students)    

Application deadline:  20.06 - 4.07.2026

               Application processing deadline: by 15.07.2026.

Deadline II: for first-year students on first and second cycle programmes and single-cycle Master’s programmes, for whom th recruitment process ended in July and August 2026:

               Application deadline:  21.07 - 7.08.2026.

               Application processing deadline: by 20.08.2026.

Deadline III: for students who did not submit an application in due time, students admitted via additional recruitment and students whose applications were rejected

               Application deadline:  08.09 - 14.09.2026

               Application processing deadline: by 21.09.2026

Deadline IV for first-year second-cycle students whose recruitment process ended in August

               Application deadline:  24.08-4.09.2026 

               Application processing deadline: by 11.09.2026 

Deadline V: for first-year second-cycle students whose recruitment process ended in September

               Application deadline:  20.09 - 26.09.2026

               Application processing deadline: by 30.09.2026

SUMMER HOLIDAY PERIOD – applications for accommodation in the University of Gdańsk halls of residence during the summer holiday period can be submitted via the eUczelnia between 11 May and 8 June this year. 
Applications will be processed by 15 June this year.
