Applications are welcome until 31.08.2022 or until all funds are allocated, whichever happens first.
In case of timely document submission (before 31.08.2022), but after all funds have been distributed, applicants may be registered on a reserve list.
Co-financing is available for mobilities lasting for two to five working days, taking place from 22.11.2021 to 30.09.2022. A minimum of 8 teaching hours are to be completed at a partner university during single mobility.
A teacher interested in mobility must discuss the date of their visit and the topic of the classes directly with the partner university.
In the current recruitment process, one person may apply for co-financing of two teaching visits to two different partner universities with which the applicant's unit has concluded an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement. Moreover, it is possible to apply for co-financing of two additional trips, provided that the mobility is conducted in two different partner universities of the SEA-EU project.
Qualification, resulting in the allocation of financial support is dependent on the submission of the APPLICATION FOR ERASMUS+ FUNDING FOR TEACHING EXPERIENCE in person, with signatures of all parties indicated in the form (Appendix 1.).
Documents submitted by third parties on behalf of the candidate or booking places via phone are NOT permitted.

The ERASMUS+ APPLICATION FORM sent electronically from the UG domain (university address) will be accepted. Please note that correspondence containing personal data should be password-protected. After receiving and accepting the application, the Erasmus Office will notify the candidates of the next steps via e-mail.
