Traineeships
Eligible candidates
Eligible are:
- Undergraduate, Master's or Doctoral students (including Doctoral School students),
- University graduates.
A graduate trip must take place (start and end) within one year of the completion of the studies and its length is counted towards the total duration of mobility at the level of study at which the candidate has qualified for the trip. A candidate planning to leave after defending their thesis must take part in the recruitment process which takes place during the final year of studies, before defending their thesis - when they still have the student status.
Non-eligible candidates
- Students on Dean's leave or otherwise on leave of absence,
- Students, who have used their entire mobility capital, i.e. have completed Erasmus mobilities lasting a total of 12 months, and in the case of Masters - 24 months,
- Students already receiving a subsidy for mobility from another program financed by the European Union (especially doctoral students who are employees of UG, whose jobs are financed by the so-called "projects").
It is advisable for students who wish to go on a placement to already have some experience and knowledge in the field, preferably they should be at least second-year undergraduate students. Participation in the Erasmus+ placement programme must not prolong the study time.
Duration
The placement abroad must be for a minimum of 2 months (60 days) and a maximum of 12 months, within the available mobility capital.

Countries of the European Economic Area: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway,
Candidate countries: North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey.
The traineeship can take place in any institution of the countries participating in the Erasmus+ programme, with the exception of: European Union institutions, bodies and agencies, Polish diplomatic missions, institutions managing European Union programmes listed below: https://europa.eu/european-union/about-eu/institutions-bodies_en
